  1. We are moving more and more to a service based economy. We need to update our definition of infrastructure to support that shift. Meanwhile, Rep lawmakers only seemed concerned with concentrating the wealth with the already affluent.

  3. Asian-American households' median income is $85k, $24k higher than the US median income. Then they say that the Burmese household median income is $44.4k, and that it is lower than the US' median income…

They frame this in a way that makes it seems dire but that's how medians work, some are higher and some lower. $44.4k is pretty close to the US median of $61k, I'd say that the collective group is doing pretty well. Anybody want to guess what the lower end incomes of that $61k median is? It sure isn't as high as $44.4k.

NBC after hours is usually great but the editors didn't do a good job with this one. Making it seem like they are worse off than most…

  8. This was an incredible "dry" and "emotionless" presentation. I'd prefer Pippa, who has improved and is energetic and trying, over this lady…Of course, McKenzie is the first choice, but perhaps she's overqualified and needs to move on to more challenging work. So, I vote for Pippa ?
